Release Notes: October 2016

New and improved features have been added to the site.

Some of the key changes include:

• Video/Document Upload

  In addition to images, we have added the ability to attach videos and documents to inspections.
  Supported file types: .mp4, .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .pdf, .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx

• Inspections

  Added a graph that shows the last 20 measurements for variable inspections in order to track measurement trends.

• Job Groups

  When a user starts a job that is in a group, the user will have the option to start the other jobs that are in that group.
  When a user is running a job group they can cycle through the efficiency and inspection frequency for all jobs in the group via a dropdown menu on the production page.

• Feedback Email Groups

  Added the ability to send feedback to multiple email groups.

• Downtime

  Extended downtime codes to include a name and a code number for in house customization.
  Added the ability to attach email groups to downtime codes so that notifications may be sent out
  when a user enters downtime.

• Dashboard

  The issue where the dashboard would not automatically refresh has been fixed.
  A responsive, mobile friendly view has been added, as well as the ability to hide the navigation bar.
  Next inspection due and downtime indicators have been added.

• Reports

  Training, Downtime, and Scrap reports have been added.
  The reports interface has been upgraded to allow for multiple export options, as well as hiding and searching of individual columns.
